Track & Stems ($50) is the full package: every stem file, unlimited streams, unlimited releases, sync licensing, and no producer credit required.

Yes — but it depends on the license. The Basic license is for personal use and demos only. The Premium and Track & Stems licenses both include commercial use rights, meaning you can sell your music, distribute on streaming platforms, and monetize your releases. Always check your license tier before distributing commercially.

Basic and Premium license holders must include "Prod. NY Music Production" in all releases, social posts, and distributed content — on streaming platforms, YouTube, and anywhere else your music appears. Track & Stems holders are exempt from the credit requirement.

Basic: MP3 (320kbps). Premium: WAV (uncompressed studio quality) + MP3. Track & Stems: Full stems package (individual instrument tracks) + WAV + MP3. All files are delivered instantly via email after payment is confirmed.

Yes. Basic covers 1 video release. Premium covers 2 video releases. Track & Stems includes unlimited video releases. If your video goes viral and you exceed your stream limit, you'll need to upgrade your license. We recommend starting with Premium if you plan to actively promote your release.

If your track approaches the stream cap on your current license (10K for Basic, 100K for Premium), you should purchase an upgrade before exceeding it. Going over your limit without upgrading is a violation of the license agreement. Contact us directly to upgrade an existing license at any time.

The Track & Stems license includes an exclusive license option. Once an exclusive deal is made, the beat is removed from the store and will no longer be sold to other artists. Reach out to us directly to discuss exclusive arrangements — pricing is negotiated on a per-beat basis.

Sync licensing (TV, film, video games, commercials, ads) is only available with the Track & Stems license. Basic and Premium licenses do not include sync rights. If you need a beat for a sync project, purchase the Track & Stems tier or contact us for a custom deal.

All sales are final. Because these are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, we are unable to issue refunds once download access has been granted. Please preview every beat carefully using the free stream before purchasing, and ensure you've selected the correct license tier.
